- Assist in structuring and negotiating complex real estate finance transactions.
- Conduct thorough due diligence and financial analysis to support client objectives.
- Draft and review legal documents related to real estate financing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic solutions for clients.
- Manage client communications and maintain strong relationships throughout the transaction process.
- Stay updated on market trends and legal developments affecting real estate finance.
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying opportunities and preparing proposals.
- 35 years of experience in real estate finance or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling and analysis techniques.
- Proven ability to draft and negotiate legal documents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Experience in a law firm environment or a corporate legal department.
- Familiarity with various financing structures and real estate investment strategies.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance issues in real estate finance.
