Job Summary
In this role you will support routine microbiological quality control activities such asRapid Sterility Mycoplasma Bioburden Endotoxin Growth Promotion and Cell Aliquotingunder approved methods andcGMP/GDPexpectations. You will also performenvironmental monitoringin classified GMP spaces includingnon-viable and viable air samplingandsurface viable sampling while supporting aseptic processing areas. Additional responsibilities includeincubation and enumeration of media plates and samples processing plates for microbial identification through external laboratories operating laboratory instruments in accordance with SOPs and documenting data accurately in electronic systems followingALCOAprinciples. This position also supports lab housekeeping inventory management sample logistics investigations and ongoing analyst training and qualification.
Thisrole will supporttheschedule ofWednesday thru Sat shiftwith 4 / 10 hour days each week.
Minimum Requirements
- Associates degreeinBiological Sciences Biology Microbiology or a related disciplinewith2 years of experience orBachelors degreewith6 months of experience
- Ability to workon-sitein alab-based and cleanroom environment
- Understanding ofcore cGMP conceptsGood Documentation Practices and laboratory compliance
- Ability to followSOPs precisely maintain accurate records and escalate discrepancies in a timely manner
- Willingness and ability to becomegown certifiedforGrade D C and B environments
- Flexibility to support theWednesday to Saturday shiftacrossfour 10-hour days
Preferred Background
- Experience in apharmaceutical biotech or related academic setting
- Exposure toQC microbiologycGMP environments orregulated documentation
- Familiarity withLIMS systemssuch asMODA1Lab or similar platforms
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams in a dynamic evolving environment
- Enthusiasm for learning new technical skills and expanding responsibilities over time

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $ 55920.80 - $83881.20. Our positions offer eligibility for various incentivesan opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles. Benefits offered include qualified retirement programs paid time off (i.e. vacation holiday and leaves) as well as health dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
