HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO
The essential duties and responsibilities of theAssociate Project Directorare the following:
Research and Development:
Develops content-specific training for B-5 programs based on the contract requirements. This includes background research of the content area developing presentations and handouts and creating manuals and supplemental materials. Develops developmentally appropriate hands-on activities and resources for training.
Conduct Training
Travels and independently conducts training for B-5 Lead and Assistant teachers and administrators.
Supervision
Supervises all trainers in the field. Attends training provides written feedback. Keeps trainers updated on policy changes and the implementation of the Pre-K program. Provides feedback to all trainers on the development of presentations handouts and supplemental materials.
Special Projects:
Supervises special projects assigns trainers and coordinates with the Project Coordinator on deadlines.
Collaborate:
Communicates with the team at DECAL about trainings and assists trainers with the training calendar.
Other Duties
Performs other related duties as assigned.
