This is a hybrid position based in Jacksonville Florida requiring three days per week in the office and offering the flexibility to work remotely two days per week.

As an Associate Professional Services Consultant youll join a collaborative team that partners with customers to implement and optimize mission-critical software solutions. Youll work alongside experienced consultants and technology professionals helping clients solve complex business challenges while building expertise in enterprise software implementation and the mortgage technology industry.

About the Role:

Were looking to hire an Associate Professional Services Consultant who is intellectually curious analytical and passionate about solving complex business and technology challenges. What Youll Do:

• Partner directly with clients to understand complex business and technology challenges and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Analyze workflows systems and data to identify opportunities for optimization automation and improved user experience.
• Define product and system requirements working closely with engineering and delivery teams to bring solutions to life.
• Evaluate the impact of changes across systems processes and user experiences and recommend scalable best-practice approaches.
• Contribute to testing strategy (system integration and user acceptance) to ensure solutions meet business needs and maintain system integrity.
• Collaborate in client engagements including workshops demonstrations and working sessions while building strong client relationships.
• Help develop training materials and support client adoption of new capabilities.
• Work on high-impact initiatives across multiple platforms gaining exposure to enterprise-scale systems and strategic decision-making.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Business or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to break down complex problems and communicate solutions clearly.
• Interest in working at the intersection of business and technology.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

• MBA or recent graduate of a top undergraduate program.
• Internship or early-career experience in consulting product management analytics or technical roles.
• Familiarity with software development concepts system design or data analysis.
• Exposure to financial services lending or fintech is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Salary Range:

The estimated base salary range for this role is USD$63000.00 - USD$77000.00 per year. We include salary ranges in job postings only where required by applicable pay transparency laws based on the jurisdictions in which the role may be performed. The posted range is a good faith estimate and reflects factors that are subject to change. Final offer amounts may vary based on job-related factors including work location candidate experience and expertise and other relevant considerations.
