Responsibilities
Asa Product Analyst within theTrial Financial Management Product you will work acrossourareasupporting programs which enable our business partners tooperatewithout will buildexpertiseon system validations andwillhave the opportunity to learn the end-to-end clinical process.
Youwillwork with stakeholdersat all levels acrossour companyto uncover and communicate user beinstrumental in planning designing and conducting testing activities engaging support teams and compiling critical content for training and communicationtousers.
You will applya structured approach to discover document and manage business processandstakeholder will also gatherinsight into user journeybehavior motivationunarticulated problems unmetneedsand painpoints.
You will work side by side with Business Stakeholders Product Users Product Managersand Technical Leadsandyouwill beprovidingclose supporttoensurethatthe IT solutionsareboth valuable andviable.
Additionally youwill:
Gather documentationrelated tothebusiness processin clinical domaindocumentbusiness/userneedsandtrace requests and responses to requests
Continuouslybroadenyourexpertisein theClinical Trialsbusinessdomain
Leverage business and user insightstoform solutioning ideas andmakeprioritization decisionstomaximize thevalueof the IT solutions
Work with the business toidentifybusiness value for our initiatives anddeterminethe best way to measure that our solutionsachievethe targeted business value
Be accountable for enablementadoptionand growth of theIntegrated Trial Monitoringproduct
Buildknowledge oftheexisting solutions through IT communitiesandleveragethese for thebenefitthe businessstakeholders
Partner with squad members including but not limited to scrum masters technical lead(s)and development team to manage high-quality product deliveryleveragingAgile SDLCmethodology
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure a healthy backlog of well-formed epics features and user storiesaremaintainedwhich align with the overall roadmap and serve as requirements for the delivery squad
Follow and apply the Product Model principlestomaximize the business value

Education Minimum Requirement:
High School Diploma required.
RequiredExperience and Skills:
2years of experience as aProduct/Business Analystor similar role
Experience with working withina globalteam
Open and receptive to listeningable toaskthoughtful questions
Curiousand persistent ableto discern pain pointssimplify complex problems conductingroot cause analysis andidentifyingrecommendations for improvements
Critical thinker who can effectively balance the needs of stakeholders and users embracingnew ideas/evidencetofoster a collaborative atmosphere
Able to adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs
Ability to understand business issues and needs and easy rapport with peers and executives
Ableto keep work on confidential projectswithin a select groupandmaintainconfidence
Adept at managing relationships acrossexpertise geography and culture regardless of organizational hierarchy
Great organization skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesand coordinate activity and responses among multiple people/groups
Self-driven with the ability to work in a self-guided manner
Outstanding communication skills able to effectively communicate complex concepts in simple ways
DesiredExperience and Skills:
Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Understanding of the Clinical Trials domain from the data collection and management perspective

The salary range for this role is
$71900.00 - $113200.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employees position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills geographic location government requirements and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive if applicable.
