Associate Operations Director

The Associate Operations Director Clinic/Center Administration plans and directs the work of professional and support personnel who provide outpatient care to patients in a clinical setting. The Associate Director Clinic/Center Administration requires an understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across department(s). The Associate Operations Director Clinic/Center Administration develops and leads implementation for staffing plans policies and operating procedures for the clinic and works with clinicians to ensure patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• Daily travel to work at the Conviva Care clinics.
• Management experience in clinical care or related field with experience in a full-risk VBC environment.
• Experience with healthcare regulations compliance and managed care.
• Experience with EMR systems DataHub NPS and other relevant software tools.
• We consider this job patient facing and Humana includes it in its Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. We will require candidates selected for this job to screen for TB.
• Associates working in the State of Florida will need ACHA Level II Background clearance.
• Must have a valid drivers license as there will be travel between centers.
• Candidates selected for this job will require adherence to Humanas flu vaccine policy.

Other Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. Degree preferably in Business administration Healthcare Administration or a related field; or in lieu of a bachelors degree 10 years of Healthcare
• 5 years Management experience in clinical care or related field with experience in a full-risk VBC environment.
• Basic knowledge of Population Health and how it comes to life in a global risk primary care environment
• Familiarity with Medicare and Risk model
• Experience managing a budget of $1M
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Work Hours: Monday Friday 8:00 to 5:00

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills knowledge experience education certifications etc.

$104000 - $143000 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
