This role is at Spirit AeroSystems Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company supporting Spirits Commercial Business Units (Spirit Commercial). Spirit Commercial designs and builds commercial aerostructures including for Boeing Commercial Airplanes one of Boeings three business units and the premier manufacturer of commercial jetliners for decades. Spirit Commercials core products include fuselages pylons nacelles and wing components with a focus on innovative composite and aluminum manufacturing solutions.
Position Responsibilities:
Develop and manage production schedules to support program timelines resource needs and delivery goals.
Evaluate costs identify risks and manage changes to manufacturing plans and schedules.
Forecast demand conduct make/buy analyses and contribute to long-term strategic planning.
Create master production schedules and time-phased manufacturing sequence plans.
Validate schedule data with production teams and provide performance updates to management and stakeholders.
Collaborate with program fabrication assembly and tooling teams to ensure schedule accuracy and feasibility.
Determine resource requirements such as manpower rate tools and rotable tools to support manufacturing plans.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelors Degree in Business Accounting Operations or a related field
3 or more years of experience in manufacturing scheduling production planning accounting or similar role
Excellent organizational analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and thrive in a team-oriented environment
Proficient in Microsoft Excel including data analysis formulas and spreadsheet management.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (SAP Oracle or similar)
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or continuous improvement principles

Summary Pay Range Entry Level (Level 1): $54050 - $82850
