Job Summary
We are seeking Associate Manager Specimen Management to join IQVIA Laboratories at Valencia CA.
Job Summary:
What Youll Be Doing:
- Supervise mentor and develop staff to drive high performance and engagement
- Set daily operational objectives and coordinate team workflows to meet business demand
- Monitor operational metrics to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with quality control systems SOPs and regulatory requirements
- Support capacity planning resource allocation and equipment justification
- Lead team meetings and promote collaboration communication and alignment
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues
- Support audit readiness and oversee timely and effective audit responses
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelors Degree or other equivalent combination of education training and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
- 3-4 years of prior experience in supervising leading or coordinating teams.
- Understanding of operations methods and quality systems
- Knowledge of quality control systems SOPs and regulatory requirements
- Other Equivalent combination of education training and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

The potential base pay range for this role when annualized is $58800.00 - $122500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge skills education and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered incentive plans bonuses and/or other forms of compensation may be offered in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.Required Experience:
