Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)

  • Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies that drive memberships email acquisition direct product sales and brand licensing initiatives across Hearst Magazines consumer portfolio.
  • Manage day-to-day paid media campaigns across paid social search and emerging acquisition channels ensuring campaigns align with business objectives.
  • Optimize campaign budgets audience targeting bidding strategies and channel performance to maximize acquisition efficiency and return on investment.
  • Lead paid distribution strategies for editorial membership and branded content identifying opportunities to expand audience reach and amplify top-performing content.
  • Design and execute creative testing plans to improve messaging audience targeting and campaign performance through ongoing experimentation.
  • Track campaign performance against key performance indicators prepare recurring reports and translate insights into actionable optimization recommendations.
  • Leverage AI tools platform automation and emerging technologies to improve workflows accelerate testing and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with Audience Growth Integrated Consumer Marketing Creative Product Lifecycle Marketing and Analytics teams to execute integrated customer acquisition strategies.

Qualifications (What Were Looking For)

  • 1 years of experiencemanaging paid media campaigns for a consumer business.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Google and other paid acquisition platforms.
  • Familiarity with customer acquisition metrics such as CPA CPL and ROAS.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for experimentation AI-enabled marketing and continuous learning.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment while managing competing priorities.
  • This role is based in New York NY and follows a hybrid schedule of four days per week in the office.

The base salary range for this role is$66300$70000. This position isnot eligible for bonus or commission compensation. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience skills qualifications and location.
