Job Summary

POSITION SUMMARYThe Associate Manager Lifecycle Marketing supports the execution and ongoing optimization of Dr. Phillips Centers email and SMS marketing programs. Reporting to the Senior Manager Lifecycle Marketing this role builds tests and deploys campaigns and automations that drive engagement retention and revenue across the customer lifecycle. This position works hands-on with the email and SMS platforms and CRM (Tessitura) data to execute strategies set by the Senior Manager while maintaining a high bar for accuracy deliverability and timeliness. This role requires strong execution skills attention to detail and a collaborative JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIESCampaign ExecutionBuild and deploy 4060 email campaigns per month following the calendar and segmentation strategy set by the Senior Manager Lifecycle SMS campaigns and manage the SMS send calendar ensuring timely compliant and accurate accuracy of all email and SMS content working closely with project managementSupport the build and maintenance of automated email workflows including welcome series re-engagement campaigns abandoned cart flows and transactional Segmentation & TestingWork within CRM (Tessitura) to build audiences and pull data used for email and SMS the Senior Manager in executing the A/B testing program including setting up tests for subject lines send time content layout and CTA campaign performance metrics Compliance & Best PracticesFollow established QA (Quality Assurance) and approval processes to maintain consistent high-quality current with email and SMS marketing trends tools and best all email and SMS communications strictly adhere to applicable regulations including CAN-SPAM GDPR and ResponsibilitiesFollow and support all operational policies and procedures; assimilate into the arts center culture through understanding supporting and demonstrating the organizations core a professional and collaborative relationship with other departments colleagues and partners; able to remain calm and effective under Dr. Phillips Centers standards of customer service and professionalism at all communicate in English in both written and oral duties as AND EXPERIENCEBachelors degree in Marketing Advertising or related field. Minimum of two (2) years experience executing email and SMS marketing campaigns in a results-driven marketing environment. Working knowledge of email marketing platforms (Prospect2/Active Campaign preferred).Experience executing SMS campaigns to drive sales and time-sensitive pulling data and building audience with A/B testing and reporting on campaign performance preferredExcellent attention to detail and proofreading skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and with Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel and PowerPoint) is Conditions of employmentThis position requires the ability to work a variable schedule evenings weekends and holidays to meet operational needs.
