• Compensation structure: $45 per completed session
• Clear path to higher earnings immediately upon full licensure $55 per completed session
• Clinical supervision included for multiple tracks (LAPC LMSW AMFT)

• Insurance contracts that support supervised incident-to billing

• CEU Support: We conduct in person classes in our clinics to meet CEU renewal requirements. For additional flexibility we also include a account or virtual continuing education

• Provide individual couples family or group therapy based on clinical experience and client needs.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation within our EHR system.
• Active participation in individual/group supervision and team consultation meetings.
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with Georgia licensure requirements.

• Masters degree in counseling social work marriage and family therapy psychology or a related mental health field.
• Associate licensure (LAPC LMSW AMFT) or immediate license eligibility in the state of Georgia.
• A strong desire to work toward full independent licensure.
• Excellent communication boundary-setting and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic group practice culture.
