Job Summary
We are seeking a Clinical Study Start-Up Manager to join IQVIA Laboratories. This is a Remote position.
- Lead the design and management of study database configuration for full protocols amendments and sponsor-driven changes
- Develop and maintain sponsor and client database design standards in alignment with clinical protocols
- Coordinate and oversee study startup activities with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure milestone achievement
- Manage project documentation including timelines status reports and action and issue logs during the startup phase
- Proactively identify scope changes and risks and implement mitigation and contingency plans
- Provide daytoday guidance mentoring and training support to junior team members
- Represent study startup activities in investigator meetings kickoff meetings audits and bid defense presentations
- Handson experience with clinical study database configuration and study startup processes
- Proficiency with Clinical Trial Management Systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated experience managing Phase IIV clinical trials
- Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail with a solid understanding of medical and clinical research terminology

The potential base pay range for this role when annualized is $62000.00 - $129100.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge skills education and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered incentive plans bonuses and/or other forms of compensation may be offered in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.Required Experience:
