YOU

As an Associate Inside Sales Representative you are responsible for servicing the customer by handling all types of customer problems and request as well as processing orders - usually by telephone.

WHAT YOULL BE DOING(% of Time)

Answer approximately 75 phone calls a day and provide customers with requested information (pricing ship dates ). Input orders into the computer. (90%)

Provide technical help when needed. (10%)

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

If you can do everything listed above youve got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • 3 months Related experience and/or training.
  • Computer Skills: type a minimum of 40WPM.
  • Accountability & Dependability: able to consistently demonstrate reliable punctual attendance.
  • Mathematical Reasoning: able to apply basic Algebra and Geometry concepts. Able to add subtracts multiply and divide whole numbers fractions and decimal equivalents.
  • Reading Comprehension: able to read and write simple correspondence and able to follow instructions.
  • Analysis/Reasoning: able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral diagram or schedule form.
  • Customer Focus: ability to quickly and effectively solve customer problems.
  • Communication: able to communicate one-on-one small group settings and via email.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently required to stand walk sit see talk and hear. While performing the duties of this job the employee may occasionally push or lift up to 50 lbs.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This job operates in both a professional office environment customer sites and outdoor construction job sites. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones printers/scanners etc. The employee occasionally works around moving mechanical parts. Noise level may be loud at times.

TRAVEL REQUIRED

This job requires no domestic travel.

WORK STATUS & LOCATION

This full-time non-exempt position is located in McKinney TX

RELOCATION

Relocation is not available for this position.

PAY

$19.38 $29.09 / hour
