The Opportunity

This is a partner-track immigration removal defense litigation position for an attorney who:

• Excels in courtroom advocacy and legal analysis in removal defense proceedings
• Is deeply committed to immigration justice and deportation defense
• Understands that sustainable removal defense practice requires both excellence in
  representation and active engagement in firm growth
• Wants to build something lastingnot just take on removal defense cases but grow a
  removal defense practice

You will handle your own docket of immigration removal defense cases from day one withmentorship infrastructure and appellate support. Over time youll be expected to cultivatereferral relationships contribute to firm visibility and help shape our strategic directionwithin our immigration removal defense litigation practice.

What Were Looking For

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with a U.S. state bar
• 35 years of hands-on experience in immigration removal defense EOIR proceedingsor BIA appeals
• Demonstrated courtroom or hearing experience in immigration removal court (EOIR)before Immigration Judges (IJ) the BIA or federal court on removal defense matters
• Strong legal research writing and oral advocacy skills in removal defense contexts
• A personal or professional commitment to serving immigrant communities facingremoval proceedings
• Entrepreneurial mindsetyoure ready to grow with us not just work for us
