Were looking for a creative and detail-oriented Associate Graphic Designer to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Lancaster Ohio.

Associate Graphic Designer

• Design and develop artwork for flare cards promotional items catalogs web store content print materials and digital marketing assets.
• Create visually compelling materials that support merchandising initiatives product launches and sales efforts.
• Collaborate with merchandising and cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and marketing campaigns.
• Prepare production-ready artwork and files while ensuring quality accuracy and brand consistency.
• Assist with product naming promotional messaging and other creative content as needed.
• Organize and maintain digital design assets while supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to bring new products promotions and marketing initiatives to life.
• Play a key role in helping communicate our products and mission to customers across the country.

• Associates degree in Graphic Design or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 2 years of graphic design marketing advertising or related creative experience preferred.
• Must have experience with AI.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator InDesign and Photoshop.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity design fundamentals typography and color theory.
• Experience creating both print and digital marketing materials.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication collaboration and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to proofread and produce accurate high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take projects from concept through final execution.
• Experience with copywriting promotional messaging web design print production or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a criminal background check.
