• Advise clients on a range of finance and transaction matters ensuring compliance and strategic alignment.
• Conduct thorough due diligence and analysis to support complex transactions and financing arrangements.
• Draft and negotiate transactional documents including agreements and contracts with precision and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs.
• Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide proactive guidance to clients.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery of high-quality legal services.

• 24 years of experience in finance and transactions within a law firm setting.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex legal and financial documents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with venture capital and private equity transactions.
• Familiarity with financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• A strong academic background in finance law or a related field.
