Position: Associate Escrow Assistant

Location: Modesto CA

Schedule: Monday - Friday Business Shift

Pay Rate: $19.53/HR Paid Weekly

Contract Assignment: ASAP Start (Once Onboarding Clears) - 8/31/2026 (Potential Extension/Temp to Perm)

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Escrow Assistant to support the Escrow team throughout the closing this role youll provide administrative and customer service support while assisting with escrow transactions from file setup through post-closing. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in the title and escrow industry.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Escrow department throughout the closing process.
• Assist with opening new escrow orders and initial file setup.
• Answer incoming calls greet customers and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Request and gather documents and information needed for escrow transactions.
• Prepare written transmittals for funds and closing documents.
• Assist with the deposit and disbursement of escrow funds.
• Handle reconveyances file maintenance and post-closing follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure files are complete and organized.
• Support Escrow Officers with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the real estate title or escrow industry.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs.
• Use of computers and technology.
