Location: Hybrid role based in Philadelphia PA with partial remote flexibility

Note: Must have 2 years experience defending labor and employment claims with active PA and NJ bar membership. Experience in insurance defense or complex litigation preferred.

Job Description

• Defend a wide range of labor and employment claims in PA and NJ
• Draft pleadings and respond to written discovery
• Take depositions and participate in arbitrations and trials
• Handle general litigation defense matters as assigned
• Conduct legal research and prepare client-focused memoranda
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to develop strategies for complex matters

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• 2 years of labor and employment litigation experience
• Active member of PA and NJ bars
• Experience with insurance defense and complex litigation preferred
• Strong research writing analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent academic credentials and professional communication skills
