| Overview: | Quinnipiac University is seeking an Associate Director of Residential Life to join our dynamic student-centered team and play a key leadership role in shaping the residential experience for our first-year students. Reporting directly to the Director of Residential Life the Associate Director serves as an integral member of the departments senior leadership team and provides oversight for a residential community of approximately 1600 first-year students. This highly visible in-person position offers the opportunity to influence students personal growth academic success and sense of belonging throughout their transition to college life.
