What You Will Do:

As the Associate Director of Maintenance - CFD you will lead the maintenance and facilities organization for a complex site ensuring all equipment systems and infrastructure operate safely reliably and efficiently. You will own maintenance strategy longterm asset planning operational readiness and continuous improvement initiatives that support both daytoday production and long-range business objectives. This role requires strong leadership technical depth and the ability to influence across functions and with senior leadership.

• Establish and execute longterm maintenance and reliability strategies to support site objectives and operational continuity.

• Oversee preventive predictive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability regulatory compliance and environmental and safety standards

• Lead maintenance planning scheduling and prioritization for the site to optimize resources and minimize downtime.

• Direct responses to complex equipment issues ensuring thorough investigation rootcause analysis and sustainable corrective actions.

• Manage maintenance resources including staffing development budgeting spare parts service contracts and vendor performance.

• Drive costreduction energyefficiency and continuous improvement initiatives focused on asset lifecycle optimization and operational efficiency.

• Champion adoption of advanced maintenance technologies reliability tools and digital systems to enhance execution and performance.

• Partner strategically with operations engineering EHS and senior leadership to understand needs communicate impacts and ensure the maintenance organization delivers highquality service and operational support.

• Set performance expectations and ensure the maintenance function meets productivity responsiveness and reliability goals for the site.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelors degree and minimum 12 years of experience in machine tool maintenance facilities reliability or operations OR a Masters degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of of experience in machine tool maintenance facilities reliability or operations experience

• Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering highquality products

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Masters degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.

• Experience in aerospace defense or other highprecision manufacturing environments.

• Experience using process control/ Six-Sigma and/or Lean manufacturing tools

• Working knowledge of SAP

• Proven success in operational leadership capacity expansion and implementing productivity improvements.

The salary range for this role is 157200 USD - 298800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
