Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the operations dashboard operational metrics KPIs and other useful statistics to monitor program performance. Collaborate with the team to identify trends and oversee the improvement of operational metrics. Work with the vendor data team to develop and refine dashboards perform ad-hoc analysis and manage data quality standards.
- Point of contact to work with vendor on ad hoc data requests required by the NPAF team
- Support monthly year-to-date and full-year product inventory forecasting and variance analysis.
- Assist the Director in preparation of reports to manage NPAF operating budget and actuals identify monitor and explain variances. Assist the Director in the creation of WPDs internal training decks and other internal corporate communications
- In collaboration with Vendor Management create and manage POs; perform monthly accruals and invoice reconciliations.
- Lead internal data vendor dashboard(s) NPAF team review sessions identify trends and data anomalies.
- Support operational effectiveness by creating root-cause analysis into programs and summarizing recommendations for NPAF leadership.
- Ensure strict compliance and maintain high-quality standards escalate and recommend solutions for issues promptly and in accordance with established timelines.
- Assist in the overall program operations during periods of high-demand as needed (e.g. Re-enrollment period)
- Identify and report adverse events via the established Novartis systems as per applicable processes.
Essential Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors Degree required; advanced degree (e.g. MHA MBA) or clinical degree (e.g. PharmD RPh PA etc.) preferred
- 3 years related experience in comprehensive knowledge of patient support offerings including benefits verification patient assistance programs and specialty pharmacy interactions.
- Ability to connect and coordinate activities across functional groups in Novartis have strong influencing capability and be proactive in driving results.
- Strong written and oral presentation skills including comfort delivering presentations.
- Demonstrated acumen with data analytics and comfort navigating/managing large data sets and drawing out key insights.
- Ability to multitask in a demanding workplace while managing pressure deadlines and conflicting and shifting priorities.
- Strong analytical acumen and ability to apply data driven insights for operational improvements
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations patient privacy and other relevant regulations.
Desirable Requirements:
- 3 years of progressive growth in customer service for patient services or patient assistance programs
- Experience working for a Patient Assistance Foundation
Novartis Compensation Summary:
The salary for this position is expected to range between $160300 and $297700 per year.
The final salary offered is determined based on factors like but not limited to relevant skills and experience and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors.
Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and depending on the level of the role eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
