BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Office Director to lead our Big Island Visits (BIV) office in Hilo Hawaii a Medicare-certified practice providing adult skilled visits across Hawaii County. Its a chance for an entrepreneurial leader to grow a thriving office while helping people live safely and independently at home with care delivered The BAYADA Way: compassion excellence and reliability.

• Hilo is the most affordable place to live in Hawaii more space for your dollar surrounded by lush rainforest waterfalls and black-sand beaches.
• A relationship nature and community-focused lifestyle from Rainbow Falls and Liliuokalani Gardens to nearby Hawaii Volcanoes National Park that mirrors the care BAYADA is known for.

• Lead day-to-day office operations client service employee experience quality outcomes and financial performance.
• Inspire coach and develop office staff and field clinicians in alignment with The BAYADA Way.
• Grow the office through strong relationships with referral sources and community partners.
• Partner with clinical and operational leaders to ensure safe compliant high-quality care.
• Own budgeting business planning census growth and staffing strategy.
• Build a culture of accountability recognition and continuous improvement and lead recruiting and retention.

• Bachelors degree and proven leadership in home health healthcare operations or a related service environment required.
• A track record of leading teams building culture and driving business results.
• Strong relationship-building communication and problem-solving skills.
• Financial and operational acumen with experience managing performance to goals.
• A sense of urgency and the drive to thrive in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment.
• Home health / Medicare-certified experience and knowledge of clinical regulations strongly preferred.

Total compensation: $110000$150000 annually based on experience (includes base salary and performance-based incentives).
