HCP Marketing Associate Director ATTR

Office Location: Wilmington DE (ONSITE/HYBRID)

Join us as a Marketing Associate Director supporting our ATTR portfolio where your work directly shapes how we engage HCPs and advance understanding of a rare serious form of amyloidosis caused by abnormal transthyretin proteins.

In this role you will bring Brand Strategy to realization through leadership of market research insight and analytics brand positioning and messaging and integrated launch plans. You willestablishstrong alliances with other marketing peers across consumer/HCP Corporate Affairs Medical Regulatory and Access partners. Your role will also involve leading defined work streams and brand opportunities as defined by Marketing Leaders with accountability for theend product. You will define success metrics; monitor andidentifycontinuous improvement opportunities.

Role Overview

Main Duties & Responsibilities

The upcoming launch ofour newestindicationin the United States is set to be a critical milestone for AstraZeneca and for patientsliving with ATTR CM. As an ATTR HCP Marketing AssociateDirectoryouwill be at the forefront of this groundbreaking launch delivering on initiatives that will not only elevate the brand but also profoundlyimpactpatient outcomes.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build clear compelling brand narratives and assets that differentiate and drive preference.
  • Participate in budget planning managing operationalspending forecasts and ROI to meet financialobjectives.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the clinical disease state and guidelines; confidently engage clinicians and external experts in clinical discussions.
  • Prioritize customer needs; design refine and articulate clear value propositions that resonate across segments.
  • Prepare and implement omnichannel campaigns (HCP patient and payer) from brief to launch ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
  • Deploy and manage a contentcalendar;track performance and recommend data-driven improvements to enhance reach and impact.
  • Apply the latest analytical and research techniques to deepen insights into customers market dynamics and competitive landscapes.
  • Define and track KPIs to assess customer/patient engagement and brand program effectiveness report results and actions.
  • Review market insightsanticipatetrends and map the patient journey using qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Complete campaigns using a broad range of digital tools and platforms;demonstrateadvanced digital acumen in targeting personalization automation and analytics.
  • Translate digital strategies into measurable business outcomes trying tactics to conversion engagement and brand growth.
  • Identifyinnovative approaches to address market challenges; contribute to the evolution of brand strategies and tactical plans.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 3 years of experience or a combination of two or more areas in pharmaceutical healthcare scientific clinical institutional marketing or commercial

Preferred Requirements

  • Advanced Degree in Business Marketing or Science
  • Current or previous Sales or Sales Leadership
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Successfully navigating create actionable objectives from ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated Learning Agility

Pay Transparency / On-Site Office Policy

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $175000 - $205000 USD Annual. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location job-related knowledge skills and addition our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles) to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles) and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program 401(k) plan; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and health benefits including medical prescription drug dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired employee will be in an at-will position and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time including for reasons related to individual performance Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
