Qualifications
A minimum of a bachelors degree is required At least two years of successful administrative experience in educational or social programs are required Proven and progressive experience implementing grant-funded or similar project goals and objectives is required
Preferred Qualifications
Masters in education administration public administration social sciences guidance and counseling psychology student personnel services or a related field preferred. Experience with budgeting is also desired The candidate should have extensive database management experience and be highly detail-oriented Knowledge of secondary and postsecondary education programs is highly preferred Demonstrated experience in working and developing credibility with low-income and first generation students is desirable
