What were looking for

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active New York State dental license in good standing (or eligible for licensure if relocating)
• A dentist who treats patients like guests the team like professionals and the practice like its their own
• A strong communicator willing to lead clinically

Compensation & benefits

• $160000$350000 annual compensation a daily guarantee during ramp-up then a percentage of collections that scales with your production
