Qualifications
Masters degree in higher education student affairs counseling education law public administration or a closely related field Five years of progressively responsible administrative experience in higher education or a related setting.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with diverse student populations in higher education. Demonstrated ability to foster student engagement belonging and inclusive campus communities Experience collaborating with campus and community partners to support student success. Experience with student support services case management or crisis response. Experience supervising professional staff and managing budgets. Experience with Maxient Navigate Ellucian Banner or similar student success and case management platforms preferred
