Job Duties & Responsibilities
Partner with clinical teams operational leaders and subject matter experts to understand challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
Prepare validate and transform data to ensure high-quality analyses and models.
Apply statistical machine learning and AI techniques to solve healthcare and business problems.
Develop test and optimize predictive models and analytical algorithms.
Design and enhance model features to improve accuracy reliability and performance.
Identify opportunities to improve patient care hospital operations and organizational outcomes through analytics.
Translate complex analyses into actionable insights and recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
Create compelling data visualizations dashboards and presentations that communicate findings effectively.
Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
Manage priorities communicate project status and proactively address risks and issues.
Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver innovative analytics and AI solutions.
Skills & Requirements
Masters degree in data science mathematics computer science statistics engineering analytics life sciences economics finance business or a specific healthcare field (such as nursing pharmacy respiratory etc.) required.
1 year experience in data science data analytics business analysis data modeling statistical analysis statistical modeling or machine learning preferred.
