Associate, Business & Revenue Operations, Air Defense

Working across product engineering saleslogistics operations and mission success the Air Defense team develops tests deploys and sustains the Anduril Air Defense Family of Systems (FoS) in challenging operational environments worldwide.

We are looking for an Associate Business & Revenue Operationsto join our rapidly growing team inIrvine CA. In this role you willbe responsible forpartnering across the business to design scalable processes drive operational excellence andoptimizetools and systems that support our growthand business will own the data hygiene that backs our growth pipeline and generate critical analyses that directlyimpacttheBusiness Lines economics.

This will require strong analytical skills a knack for process improvement and experience working with cross-functional will be expected to take ownership of workstreams form a point of view and back it up with you are someone whowants real responsibility earlytakes initiative and thrives in a high-growth fast changing environmentthen this role is for you.

• Build and iterate on planning forecasting and operational processes that support how the Business Line runs.
• Develop bespoke analyses and associated operating rhythms to support improvement in data accuracy and reporting.
• Partner directly with Business Development Production and Mission Operationsto manage dynamic changes to forecast. Iterate and improve process for data management and hygiene.
• Work directly with large imperfect datasets to surface insights that inform leadership decisions.Turn unclear or messy problems into structured insights and clear recommendations.
• Prepare concise high-quality materials for leadership reviews.

• You have2 years of experience in an investment banking management consulting or internal strategy & operations role.
• High ownership and low ego approaching everything with strong outcome orientation and high humility.
• Excellent analytical skills and comfort working with imperfect or incomplete data.
• Ability to move between details and the big picture as needed.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills including presenting to senior leaders.
• Eligible to obtain and maintainan active U.S. Secret security clearance.

• Experience with Salesforce data environments.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry Looker/Tableau or similar analytics platforms.

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience education and/or training critical skills and/or business considerations.
