Job Schedule: 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days totaling 80 hours worked and have every other Friday off

Job Description:

The Associate Business Development position supports the execution of sector business development priorities by coordinating critical processes managing reporting and analytics and enabling senior leadership engagement activities.

The role works closely with Business Development Government Relations Finance and other cross-functional stakeholders across the enterprise to drive accountability improve visibility into business development activities and support the mission of winning profitable new business. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can collaborate effectively across teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Essential Functions:

• Support the annual enterprise Priority Planning process partnering with business segments to identify and track key priority opportunities.
• Coordinate and manage senior-level bid review processes ensuring alignment preparation and scheduling across stakeholders.
• Support Quarterly Priority Pursuit Reviews and other leadership reporting processes.
• Develop presentation materials supporting strategic reviews and leadership engagements.
• Prepare briefing materials and engagement packages for customer meetings.
• Provide reporting and presentation support to the Maritime Business Development leadership team.
• Maintain and manage internal collaboration platforms including Nexus and SharePoint sites.

Qualifications:

• To be eligible applicants must be pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Business Development / Sales Operations or government relationsor have completed their Bachelors degree within the last 12 months regardless of age.
