Job Description:

Position reports directly to the Senior Manager of Business Intelligence Space and Missions Systems (SMS) Business Development Operations.
Support Segment reporting and reviews (e.g. Quarterly Priority Pursuit Reviews business development data quality reports upcoming proposal analysis segment metric reporting etc.)
Analyze and report on opportunity pipeline and gate reviews: Track review and assess pipeline opportunities to ensure the Common Capture Process (CCP) is implemented and appropriate progress is maintained for each opportunity
Work with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to provide orders reports and track against AOP plans
Identify business process efficiencies that can be gained from use of AI tools
Complete ad-hoc projects and reporting assigned

Qualifications:

To be eligible applicants must be pursuing a Bachelors degree in technical discipline (Engineering Information Technology Computer Science Data Science etc.) Business Administration Management or relatedfield or have completed their Bachelors degree within the last 12 months regardless of age.

Preferred Skills:

MS-Excel MS- PowerPoint skills
Some knowledge of MS-Power BI and/or MS-SharePoint
MS-Power Apps and/or MS-Power Automate skills would be a bonus
