Associate Brand Manager

• Brand Strategy Support: Support development and execution of brand strategies positioning and plans aligned with business objectives.

• Integrated Marketing Execution: Assist in planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across packaging digital content promotions and customer marketing.

• Campaign & Project Management: Lead assigned projects or workstreams ensuring timelines deliverables and stakeholders stay aligned.

• Licensing: Support brand licensing and cobranding initiatives through coordination asset development execution support and crossfunctional collaboration.

• Digital Execution: Contribute to digital marketing strategies including content development digital shelf execution campaign support and performance tracking.

• Trade Management: Support trade management and customer programming through promotional planning coordination analysis and execution support.

• CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner with Sales Design Insights Product and Innovation to execute brand and marketing initiatives effectively.

• Process & Continuous Improvement: Support improvements in tools processes and ways of working within the Integrated Marketing team.

• May be required to perform other job-related tasks.

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field.

• 1-4 years brand or integrative marketing experience

• Foundational understanding of brand management and marketing principles

• Ability to manage multiple priorities with discipline and attention to detail

• Strong learning agility and curiosity

• Effective collaboration across functions and with agency partners

• Resultsfocused mindset with developing strategic perspective
