Job Summary

Speaks Law Firm is seeking aLicensed Attorney (NC and SC) with a passion for personal injury to join our legal team. Visit to learn more about us!

Responsibilities:

Analyze evidence including medical records and investigative findings interviewclients and witnesses consultfield experts and research statutes and case law
Prepare legal documents such as briefs motionspleadings and other correspondence
Collaborate with Senior Attorneys to determine case strategies and solutions to serve clients needs after thorough analysis and review of plaintiff and defense positions
Resolve cases to achieve the best possible outcome for the client through mediation arbitration and trial
Participate in marketing initiatives such as podcasts blogs and ad campaigns

Qualifications:

Active member ofNC Bar Association and SC Bar Associationrequired
Two (2) or more years of experience in personal injury pre-litigation or litigation preferred
A willingness to learn and growwith our nationally recognized attorneys is a must
Bilingual English and Spanish a plus
Proficiency in writing research negotiation and public speaking required
Excellent communication problem-solving and decision-making skills required
Intermediate to advanced computer skills required
Experience with SmartAdvocateSoftware a plus
Passion for advocating for our clients and maintaining a positive attitude required

Compensation
This is a full-time salary exempt position. Annual base salary plus commission depends on experience.
