Location

On-site in Miami Florida in a collaborative office setting where attorneys work closely together and learn fast.

This role requires active Florida Bar admission and at least 3 years of directly relevant commercial litigation experience.

Job Description

• Develop and execute litigation strategy alongside senior attorneys throughout the lifecycle of a case
• Draft pleadings discovery dispositive motions and substantive briefs
• Argue motions and appear in court when appropriate
• Take and defend fact witness and expert depositions
• Manage discovery including disputes and motion practice
• Communicate directly with clients and help guide them through complex litigation matters

Qualifications

• Active and good-standing Florida Bar license
• 3 years of commercial or business litigation experience
• Strong legal writing research and oral advocacy skills
• Experience with depositions motion practice and discovery
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
