Were partnered with a well-established high-performing plaintiff firm that is actively expanding its medical malpractice practice due to a surge in complex high-value cases.

This is not a volume-driven environment. The firm handles sophisticated high-exposure litigation and is seeking attorneys who want to be deeply involved in meaningful casework rather than supporting from the sidelines.

The team is known for its hands-on trial-oriented approach. Attorneys are given real ownership of their cases direct collaboration with experienced trial lawyers and the opportunity to play an active role in case strategy from early stages through resolution.

Required:

• 2 years of litigation experience
• Background in class action and/or medical malpractice
• Strong motion practice discovery and deposition experience
• Ability to think strategically and take ownership of cases
• Active California Bar (in good standing)
