• This is a full-time on-site Associate Attorney role located in Roseland NJ.
• Attorneys are entitled to work one day per week remotely if they choose.
• The attorney hired will be responsible for working on high-value personal injury medical malpractice and mass tort matters.
• The attorney will maintain their own caseload consisting of small to medium-sized cases while also assisting on larger matters.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of litigation experience.
• Strong legal research and writing skills including drafting Pleadings Legal briefs Other legal documents.
• Strong analytical organizational and case management abilities.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
