Position Overview
The Associate Attorney will manage and litigate a variety of complex matters while owning case strategy client advocacy and litigation execution from inception through resolution.

Key Responsibilities
Litigation & Case Strategy
Manage and litigate high-value civil cases
Develop and execute litigation strategy
Handle matters from intake through settlement or trial
Courtroom & Litigation Practice
Take and defend depositions
Appear in court for hearings and proceedings
Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations
Case Management & Leadership
Lead and coordinate support staff and case workflow
Manage deadlines filings and litigation strategy execution
Maintain proactive communication with clients and legal teams
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Active California Bar license
3 years of litigation experience
Strong courtroom deposition and negotiation skills
Ability to independently manage active caseloads
Competitive driven and results-oriented mindset
