Job Summary
An exciting employment opportunity for an associate attorney to work in our clients Intellectual Property practice group. Two years of patent prosecution experience required. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials demonstrate a commitment to ethics be highly motivated and hard-working be able to work with minimal supervision and have excellent writing and communication skills. Candidates must be an active member of the Utah Bar or be willing to take the Utah State Bar exam. If not currently a member of the Utah Bar applicants must be a member of the Bar of another U.S. state. Must also be a Registered Patent Attorney or be willing to take the patent bar exam.
