This is a true litigation associate role available in Fort Worth El Paso or San Antonio with early exposure to depositions mediations discovery court proceedings and trial work. The firm supports both a case-owning track with full docket responsibility and a task-based contributor track with high performers advancing quickly toward shareholder.
Requirements
Civil litigation experience with insurance defense strongly preferred. Strong legal research and writing skills; writing sample required. Hands-on experience with depositions mediations and discovery. Ability to manage cases end-to-end including strategy discovery motion practice client communication and trial preparation. Experience preparing legal documents and court filings. Courtroom experience or readiness to represent clients in court including trial. Strong attention to detail ability to manage multiple matters and strict deadlines and comfort in a fast-paced litigation environment. Licensed to practice in New Mexico or eligible for admission.
