Job Description

What you will be doing:

Work closely with a team of paralegals legal assistants and fellow litigation attorneys.
Develop and manage your cases from start to finish.
Advocate for clients in employment law litigation.
Engage in law and motion taking and defending depositions mediations arbitrations and negotiations.

Experience you will need:

At least 2 years of experience in Employment law.
Excellent writing and analytical skills.
Ability to think outside the box.
Experience in law and motion taking and defending depositions mediations arbitrations and negotiations.
