Job Description

What you will be doing:

Engage in civil litigation construction defect and business litigation.
Utilize excellent writing and research skills in legal proceedings.

Experience you will need:

5-10 years of experience in civil litigation and business/transactional law.
Experience in construction defect and business litigation.
Dual licensure in Nevada and/or Texas is preferred but not required.
