Associate Attorney

An outstanding full-time position has become available at a highly reputable law firm near the Pembroke NH area for an Associate Attorney with a background in Estate Planning. This position would be working closely with churches and low-income families to provide low-cost state-of-the-art estate planning services to the community and would earn a generous base salary along with great benefit options including dental PTO and travel reimbursement.

Required experience:

• 3 years of experience in Estate Planning legal services is a MUST

• Experience with Wills Estates Probates Trusts Power of Attorney (POA) etc. is a MUST

• Current bar admission in one of the following states (NH VT ME) OR able to obtain bar admission within one year is a MUST
• Demonstrated passion for OR prior experience in providing legal aid for lower income families is a BIG PLUS
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited Law School is a MUST
