Seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to handle complex civil and business litigation matters in a collaborative professional environment with opportunities for long-term growth.

• Active Arizona Bar membership
• Minimum 3 years of civil litigation experience
• Experience with business or commercial litigation preferred
• Strong legal research writing and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and courtroom advocacy abilities
• Ability to manage cases independently while working effectively with a team

• Manage a diverse caseload of civil and business litigation matters
• Draft pleadings motions discovery and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive legal arguments
• Attend depositions hearings mediations and court appearances
• Develop case strategies and advise clients on legal matters
