Location: Charlotte NC (On-site / In-office)

An expanding nationwide legal practice is seeking a motivated transactional attorney to join its Financial Services team in Charlotte. This role is designed for an early-career lawyer eager to build high-level deal experience within a collaborative in-person development environment.

Key Responsibilities & Scope

• Support lenders financial institutions and corporate borrowers on commercial credit transactions syndicated loan facilities and leveraged financings.

• Review draft and negotiate loan agreements security documents credit agreements and related deal documentation.

• Coordinate deal closings conduct due diligence track conditions precedent and liaise with cross-functional deal teams and clients.

Candidate Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with a proven record of strong academic achievement.

• 1 to 3 years of focused experience handling commercial lending or broader corporate transactional matters.

• Practical familiarity with syndicated credit structures debt financing mechanics and leveraged finance deals.

• Exceptional written/verbal communication negotiation and interpersonal abilities.

• Admission (or immediate eligibility for reciprocal admission / upcoming examination) to the North Carolina State Bar.
