The Associate Administrator reports to the Chief Administrative Officer of Mayo Clinic in Rochester and participates in planning and implementation of the strategic and operational goals and objectives of the in this role is accountable for providing guidance leadership development and administrative support to their teams and committees and is a servant leader who partners with physician nursing and other multidisciplinary leaders to oversee all aspects ofthe surgical and procedural teams. The Associate Administrator is responsible for planning business objectivesand fiscal management to achieve top decile quality and service collaboration with physician and administrative leaders throughout Mayo Clinic the person in this position will enhance relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensure the successful implementation of strategic initiatives in alignment with Mayo Clinics mission and values.

Must possess a masters degree in healthcare administration or comparable discipline with a minimum of five years experience in a leadership role.
