Associate AD, Revenue Generation & Membership Development
Job Summary
| Job Summary/Basic Function: | The Associate Athletic Director Revenue Generation and Membership Development is responsible for the strategic leadership management and oversight of key revenue generation initiatives for the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics. Using a data-driven approach the person in this position will enhance areas of revenue generation and lead out the execution of the comprehensive revenue generation pillar of the Whats Next 2.0 strategic initiative and any subsequent revenue generation strategic plans. The position will oversee ticket sales and operations data and analytics secondary ticket partnerships annual fund strategy and membership development premium seating and parking special events and innovative business initiatives and partnerships. The person in this role serves as a member of the Athletics Departments senior leadership team and works collaboratively across external units to maximize revenue growth fan engagement Bronco Athletic Association member participation and long-term financial sustainability for Boise State Athletics. |

| Level Scope: | Manages a large team typically consisting of both experienced professionals and subordinate Managers. Focuses on tactical and operational plans with short to mid term focus; significant responsibility to achieve broadly stated goals through subordinate Managers. Determines objectives directs programs develops strategies and policies manages human financial and physical resources and functions with a high degree of autonomy. Requires broad management and leadership knowledge to lead a project or program teams in one dept/job family. Proactively assesses risk to establish systems and procedures to protect organizational assets. Determines campus strategies for a program with campus wide impact. |
| Essential Functions: | Lead and develop strategic and creative revenue-generation initiatives for Boise State Athletics. |
| Knowledge Skills Abilities: | Knowledge of NCAA rules and the evolving collegiate athletics landscape. |
| MinimumQualifications: | Bachelors degree plus 8 years of professional experience including 3 years of managerial experience. |
| Preferred Qualifications: | Eight (8) years of experience working in collegiate athletics. |
