Job Summary:
As a Surety Bond Associate Account Manager youll work closely with a supportive team while learning the ins and outs of the Surety Bond space. Youll help with day-to-day tasks like preparing and processing bonds supporting client accounts and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Youll have guidance from experienced Account Managers and Producers while you build your confidence and skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparation processing and execution of bid final and commercial bonds
- Assist with bond renewals cancellations close-outs and premium audits within assigned authority
- Maintain and update client bond files financial records and documentation in internal systems
- Request collect and follow up on underwriting and financial documentation
- Coordinate routine requests with surety carriers under direction of Account Manager
- Assist in communicating bond status updates and routine service information to clients and producers
- Prepare routine correspondence and documentation
- Maintain accurate and compliant filing systems
- Provide administrative support to Account Managers Account Executives and the Surety team
- Support workflow efficiency through daily service and administrative tasks
- Participate in team initiatives training and special projects as assigned
- Continue development of surety knowledge system proficiency and service skills
Job Requirements:

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain documentation and follow internal procedures

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Obtain and maintain required insurance license(s)
- Prior insurance administrative or financial documentation experience preferred
