Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering in Business Administration Marketing or equivalent

• Ademonstrated background(1-5 years) of success in B2B sales or outside sales experience.

• Experience partnering to advance a dynamic customer solutions process that builds alignment across diverse stakeholders and verticals

• Atrack recordofcontributing tosales and business development goals whileadvancingkey milestones.

• The ability to utilize acollaborativesales process tounderstand and addresscustomer concerns determining the mostsupportive approachto provide solutions.

• Comfort withcommon email spreadsheet word processing and presentation software.

• Aproactiveapproach to identifying client pain points and the ability tofacilitatetechnical solutions that create shared value.

• Excellent skills inbuilding alignmentand navigating agreements to meet customer needs.

• Ability to fosterunderstandingandconnectwith individuals from different backgrounds.

• Flexibility to work varied hours tosupportour customers success.

• Must have the ability to operate in a drug-free workplace.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experiencecontributing to growthin industrial commercial or educational markets.

• Familiarity with or a strong desire to learn aboutindustrial specialty and medical gases.

• Deeply comfortable with CRM tools (such as Salesforce) andSAP experience preferred.
