What Youll Do

Youll lead a team of Learning Experience Designers who create engaging learning experiences that help employees build skills improve performance and grow their careers.

In this role you will:

• Lead coach and develop a team of learning designers helping them grow their skills and deliver their best work.
• Set the vision and priorities for learning design projects that support business goals and employee performance.
• Guide the creation of learning experiences across multiple formats including digital learning instructor-led training job aids and performance support.
• Ensure learning solutions are learner-centered easy to use accessible and aligned with enterprise design standards.
• Partner with business leaders subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to turn business needs into effective learning experiences.
• Drive consistency quality and innovation across learning solutions while creating processes that help the team work efficiently at scale.
• Use learner feedback data and performance insights to improve learning experiences and increase business impact.
• Stay current on learning trends technologies and design practices to continuously improve how learning is created and delivered.
