The new faculty member would be expected to participate in clinical and translational research related to hematology and to engage in training of medical residents fellows and others associated with the Division. The Hematology Division of the Department of Medicine University of Colorado School of Medicine has its own very successful and highly efficient Clinical Trials Unit allowing for a robust program in drug development and other studies and includes tissue banking. There are extensive resources and opportunities for basic science translational and clinical research on campus in hematology and through cross-divisional Division is fully committed to the clinical and academic success of the new faculty individual would become part of a fantastic group of academic clinicians establishing the University of Colorado as a center of excellence in hematology. Anticipated Pay Range: | The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as HIRING RANGE: Assistant Professor: $220000 - $275000 Associate Professor: $220000 - $300000 The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the Universitys good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
