Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach

Job Summary
Hilbert College is seeking a motivated energetic and organized individual to serve as an Assistant Womens Lacrosse Coach. This part-time position is responsible for supporting all aspects of the womens lacrosse program including on-field coaching recruiting and student-athlete development.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Coach with practice planning game preparation and in-game coaching.
- Support recruiting efforts including communication with prospective student-athletes and campus visit coordination.
- Contribute to player development skill instruction and team culture.
- Assist with game day operations film breakdown and scouting reports.
- Promote a positive student-athlete experience aligned with Hilbert College values.
- Support program organization including equipment scheduling and team logistics
.Requirements/Qualifications:
- Playing and/or coaching experience in lacrosse at the high school collegiate or club level.
- Strong knowledge of fundamentals positional development and game strategy.
- Ability to work 36 days per week including practices competitions and recruiting events.
- Excellent communication organization and leadership skills.
- Commitment to compliance with NCAA and institutional policies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous college coaching or recruiting experience.
- Experience with film analysis and scouting platforms.
- Passion for building a competitive and student-centered program.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Valid drivers license.
Compensation: 3500.00
